See tentative future reservations and availability online.
We have received a few reports that some homeowners are not receiving valid bookings through our online booking engine. In these instances, we have been informed that these homeowners attempted to make an online booking and received a document that looked like a confirmation showing the unit number and the dates of an alleged reservation. This document did not show a confirmation number. I have attached two sample bookings, the PDF document is a booking that did not take in the system, and the word document is what a legitimate confirmation should look like. While both documents look similar, it is important to note that if there is no confirmation number on the reservation document, there is no reservation in the system. If you have booked a reservation in the past couple months, please check your records to make sure your confirmation HAS A CONFIRMATION NUMBER at the top of the page. If you find you have a reservation without a number, please contact your Account Manager right away, and they will assist you in getting a reservation in place. We are looking into this matter and trying to resolve it as soon as possible. The proposed solution of disabling online booking altogether will create a cumbersome process for homeowners checking availability, monitoring reservations and making reservations.
