JACKSON HOLE RESORT LODGING MANAGERS

•   Natalie Raines - General Manager (13 years)
Natalie is from Rock Springs, Wyoming and has lived in Jackson for over nineteen years.  Natalie originally started her career with Jackson Hole Property Management and has worked for Jackson Hole Resort Lodging from the start of the company in 1998.  During her extensive career in property management; Natalie has worked in a variety of capacities that include: front desk, marketing and sales, guest relations, Manager and Director of Operations and finally General Manager.  Natalie holds her Real Estate Brokers license in Wyoming and has received awards from the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce for her work and dedication in the hospitality industry.  She enjoys the active lifestyle of Jackson Hole and especially her new found passion for golf.  Additionally, Natalie enjoys time with her dogs, horses and husband.

•  Jason Kroman - Director of Maintenance (October 2005)
Originally from Littleton, CO, Jason moved here in 2002 on a whim and has been here ever since.  Jason graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Natural Resources Recreation and Tourism, from which he has worked as a manager of many retail endeavors including Target, Gart Sports and most recently the Ace Hardware in Jackson.  Jason also comes from a family of contractors who have been doing construction in Colorado for over 30 years.  However, Jason's true passion is fly fishing.  From tying his own flies at shows to rowing a drift boat, Jason can surely be found on one of the many rivers in the area when not here and is quick to help out anyone with his local knowledge.  Jason also enjoys camping, hunting, snowboarding and travel.

•  Linda Cherney - Housekeeping Director (May 2001)
Linda comes to us from Chicago via the upper peninsula of Michigan where she obtained her bachelors degree at Northern Michigan University. She relocated to Jackson in the summer of 2000 where she began her career with Jackson Hole Resort Lodging as the Assistant Director Of Housekeeping. Linda has been recognized by our "Above and Beyond" program for exceeding the duties of her position. She was promoted to Housekeeping Director in the Spring of 2001 and brings a strong service background to the department. Linda enjoys hiking, kayaking, skiing and photography.

•  Julie Calder - Director of Marketing & Operations (March 1998)
Originally from outside Boston, Julie moved to Jackson from Washington D.C. after working for the Department of the Navy as a Contract Negotiator in Foreign Military Sales. She received her MBA and MA in Economics from Georgetown and George Washington University and BA from the University of Richmond. Julie joined Jackson Hole Resort Lodging as Marketing Manager in November 1998 and now oversees marketing, reservations, and operations. Julie spends most of her free time riding competitively and also enjoys skiing, travelling, hiking, and reading. Julie is on the Board of Directors Jackson Hole Therapeutic Riding and volunteers on the Open Space Council for the Jackson Hole Land Trust. Julie is married to Andy Calder and they have a daughter, Avery, who was born in August 2008.

•  Derek Schaefer - Controller (7 years)
Originally from Phoenix, AZ, Derek returned to Jackson Hole Resort Lodging after completing an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.  While Derek now handles the financial reins for JHRL, he got his start with JHMR seven years ago bumping chairs as a lift operator.  When not helping to set financial goals and budgets, Derek enjoys travel, hiking, and continuing to learn tele-mark skiing.  Derek is also an active Board Member for the local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity.

•  Brian Beck  - Homeowner Association Manager (May 2010)
Brian grew up in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he studied macro economics.  He worked in the mortgage lending field for over 10 years before coming to Jackson Hole Resort Lodging.  When Brian doesn't have his head in the books, he enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and fly fishing with wife Alyssa, and their dog  Booker T.

Amy Early - Operations Manager
Orginally from Westfield, NJ, Amy spent two summers in Jackson Hole before moving here permanently last January. She has a BA in English Literature from Rutgers University and a great love of the outdoors. Amy spent a lot of her time this summer riding her new bicycle, and looks forward to reaching her goal of skiing 60 days this winter. When she is not skiing, Amy will be helping local elementary students with their reading skills at the Teton Literacy Program. Amy lives in Teton Village with her boyfriend, Mike.

David Strickland - Caretaking Manager
A childhood that began in 1961 in Roanoke VA. and moved to Greensboro, NC, eventually led to a BS in psychology and minor in Sociology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.  Upon graduation in 1983, Yellowstone beckoned and following 6 years in the maintenance field there, Jackson seemed the next logical move.  After managing the Sundance Inn for five years, David began working for Jackson Home Management in the Caretaking Department in 1996 and the rest is history.  David's favorite past time is riding his mountain bike on the numerous trails in the area and going for long hikes with his wife Amy and puppy, Travis.
  
 
  

• Nicole Brittingham - Account Manager (May 2010)
Originally from Southern California, Nicole moved to the Jackson Hole area in 1998 after living in Flagstaff, Arizona and attending Northern Arizona University.  With a love for the outdoors, cooking and fun Nicole and the mountains make a great pair.  Nicole and her chef husband Travis own a small Bistro in Victor, Idaho serving up good food and fun to the Teton Valley Locals.

• Della Leblanc - Account Manager (August 2010)
Born in North Carolina and raised in Florida, Della brings her southern hospitality style to Jackson Hole Resort Lodging.   Della holds a bachelors in Journalism from Florida International University and worked in the legal field before changing gears to broaden her knowledge into property management and real estate.   Della and her husband Tharon have lived in the valley since 2007 and feel fortunate to call Jackson home.  Della makes the most out of all the area has to offer and enjoys snowboarding, hiking, trail running, and horseback riding.
