Q. Why book a standard rather than an economy condominium?
A. Standard condominiums have been updated in the past 18 to 24 months. The updates include but are not limited to paint, carpet, furnishings, appliances, kitchens and bathrooms. The property is well maintained, up to date with minimal wear. Not only is the property in better condition but you as wholesaler make more commission on the standard property.
Q. What amenities are available to guests?
A. Amenities vary depending on location. Guests staying in Teton Village will have complementary access to the Sundance Swim and Tennis Club, which includes an outdoor swimming pool, and 2 outdoor hot tubs. Tennis is available during the summer season only. Guest staying in The Aspens and Teton Pines will have full access to the Teton Sports Club. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool (summer only), an indoor and outdoor hot tub and full use of all gym equipment. Additional services, such as massage, are available for a fee. Guests will also have complimentary access to the skier shuttle running from the Aspens to Teton Village between the hours of 7:45 am to 7:00 pm during the winter season.
Q. Do you have concierge services?
A. Yes! Jackson Hole Resort Lodging offers a full service concierge that can book activities from dinner reservations to Snowmobiling in Yellowstone National Park. Some of the more popular activities include dog sledding, snowmobiling, and the Solitude Dinner Sleigh Ride. Activities booked through JHRL's concierge are not commissionable.
Q. Where do guests check-in?
A. Jackson Hole Resort Lodging offers 3 separate check-in locations to better serve our guests. Locations vary depending upon the location the guest is staying. Our check-in locations are in Teton Pines, The Aspens, and Teton Village.
Q. What are the rates?
A. All rates have been provided to wholesalers. You can access our rates via the Web Site at www.jhrl.com or confirm rates on the phone.
Q. What is provided in the property?
A. All condominiums have full-sized fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and fireplace or woodstoves. All linens, including sheets and towels, and firewood is provided free of charge. All condominiums have a "starter set" of dishwashing detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent, bath soap, and shampoo. If the guest needs additional items the guest will need to purchase these items from a local store.
Q. Does Jackson Hole Resort Lodging offer daily housekeeping?
A. Jackson Hole Resort Lodging does not include daily housekeeping with our rates. If the guest is staying more than 5 days they will receive a "mid stay clean" which includes a change of all linens, light dusting, dish washing, vacuuming and mopping of all floors at no charge. For those staying less than 5 days there is no complimentary housekeeping provided. Additional housekeeping is ava
Q. Does Jackson Hole Resort Lodging Guarantee properties?
A. Jackson Hole Resort Lodging does not guarantee properties but our best efforts will be made to ensure the guest is not moved. We will confirm a property and building but due to unforeseen circumstances room moves may be unavoidable. We will call the appropriate wholesaler should a move occur.
Q. What is the difference between staying at the Aspens and Teton Village?
A. The primary difference is location. Teton Village is located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and is located 12 miles from the town of Jackson. The Aspens is 4 miles from Teton Village and 8 miles from Jackson. In Teton Village you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The Aspens has a country club atmosphere with a restaurant, small market, and liquor store within walking distance.
Q. Is Yellowstone National Park open in the winter?
A. Yes. Winter is a great time to experience Yellowstone. You can access the park on snowmobile, snow coach, and on skis or snowshoes. The entrance to the park is 55 miles from the town of Jackson.
Q. Does Jackson Hole Resort Lodging offer ski- in/ski- out properties?
A. Yes. These include Moose Creek Townhomes, Cody House Condominiums and Granite Ridge Lodges along with several single-family homes. Many of the condominiums in Teton Village are a short walk to the lifts or on the complimentary shuttle route. The Wind River, Timber Ridge, Nez Perce, Sleeping Indian, Teewinot, and Rendezvous properties are a short walk to the new Moose Creek Lift making access to the mountain very convenient.
