Premier

This designation is reserved for exceptional accommodations and unique, luxurious properties. The properties are superior in every aspect. The furnishings are of a professionally designed quality and the décor and design theme is fully coordinated throughout the unit. There are virtually no inconsistencies. All areas and amenities in all rooms and areas of the unit are of the highest standards.

Deluxe

Reserved for properties in which all furnishings and accessories represent current design trends, are in excellent condition, are well coordinated and include top quality kitchens and baths. There is noticeable quality in the furnishings and décor in the upgrade from a “silver” rated property. This is what guests would expect in a high end rental property.

 Standard

This is for properties which are well maintained, and in which most everything is up-to-date with minimal wear. The property may have some of the features of a “gold” rating but there are some non-major items or areas that need improvement. It looks attractive, represents a good value, and is generally well coordinated. Inventory is lacking in the thoroughness and finishing touches presented by a “gold” rated property.

 Economy

This is for properties that are comfortable but have numerous areas of improvement. While some decorating theme may be apparent, furnishings are generally older and the appearance is dated. Inventory is not fully coordinated but meets minimum expectations. Generally, greater owner involvement is recommended. This is typically a no-frills lodging experience.
