"Spacious, quiet condo near JHMR with wildlife in view"

5 of 5

Stayed here for a ski trip to Jackson Hole and really enjoyed it. A great location to ski JHMR if you're not in Teton Village (8min walk to an 8min ride on the START bus). Very quiet area away from all of it. I saw several moose in the area, one morning one was camped right outside the front-door! The condo was well stocked with supplies for all your cooking needs. The big flat screen TV was perfect for watching the Super Bowl. I was here during the Teton Village power outage, the condo was not impacted and it was nice and spacious enough to not feel "cabin fever" during the crazy weather.

"Jackson AT"

4 of 5

Difficult time locating the place to pick up the key. Even more finding the condo...it was at a different location than was on the the original agreement. The condo was very nice. Great location with small stream a few feet away and a beautiful view of the Tetons. The place very comfortable and clean. Also had large TV, excellent appliances, wifi, and nice decor.

Manager Response:

Dear Donald,

Thank you for providing feedback on your stay in Geranium 2612. We know that navigating a new place can sometimes be confusing so we make sure to send all of our guests an address and driving directions to our check in office with their booking confirmation. We then provide guests with an address and colored map straight to their property. We are thrilled you had such a great time and enjoyed the accommodations once you were settled in. Just the other day I sat and watched the ducks put on a show for all of the guests in the stream. We hope you visit again!

Sincerely,

Jackson Hole Resort Lodging Management

"Grand Tetons"

4 of 5

Very nice place in Aspens, close to Grand Tetons. Fantastic view from the condo, check in was a joke. We had to call from a phone and then unlock a box to get key and directions at 8 pm (in dark). Took awhile but we found it. When I checked in the next day I told the guy that we paid for this 3 months ago thru Expedia, he said I need a credit card in case of damage. Well, they charged me again for the 2 nights on my credit card, we got this fixed but what a hassel. REckles

Manager Response:

Dear Reckles,

Thank you for taking the time to review our accommodations and services. We strive to improve ourselves and guest feedback makes this possible. We value online travel agencies as a booking partner but have not yet completely mastered the entire process. We have found there is no substitution to talking to a live, on-site person. We hope you visit again and welcome you to work directly with our staff either before or after your booking to ensure we can make your entire experience a memorable one.

We hope to have you back!

Sincerely,

Jenny Rowe
Operations Manager

"Not as I expected"

2 of 5

Although it may say it sleeps 6, it sleeps 4 uncomfortably. The master bedroom had a bed that was less comfortable than sleeping on a college couch. The fold-out bed in the living-room was as any fold-out bed is expected to be - hard, springy, and not comfortable. The real surprise was that the other two people were expected to sleep on camping mats placed on over-sized shelves. We went with another couple and ended up with two people sleeping on the camping mats on the living-room floor. Not ideal. If you have two children who aren't afraid of falling off a bunk bed/shelf of sorts, it's a fine place to stay. The location was good, though you have to drive another few miles to actually check in.
