Highly Recommend!

End of September Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a group of six, and the house was more than accommodating—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s a short walk to Teton Village, where you'll find a great selection of restaurants and easy access to the tram up to the top of the Teton ski resort. (We had the waffles and drinks at the top—definitely a must-do!) Jackson Hole is just a 20-minute drive away and offers fantastic restaurants, bars, and shopping. Be sure to take the scenic Moose-Wilson Road over to Jenny Lake. From there, catch the ferry across to the trailhead—it's the perfect starting point for some incredible hikes in the Tetons. Yellowstone’s South Gate is only about an hour and a half away, making it very doable for a day trip. We stayed five days and honestly felt like we needed five more to explore everything the area has to offer. The location of this home makes it incredibly easy to get in and out of all the key spots in the region. Highly recommend!

A family vacation at Teton Village

The house was perfect for our multigenerational family of 9. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Furniture was comfortable . There were only minor problems which were promptly fixed. We would love to come back !

Words cannot accurately describe this beautiful home or the surrounding area. Absolutely perfect location for trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. With 5 bedrooms separated over 3 floors everyone had their own space and then came together for family fun in the great room. This house is spectacular. We made memories that will last a lifetime.

Great 3 day ski week with the fam

We had a great time skiing Jackson Hole and this house was a great home base. Loved it's proximity to the mountain both by car and on skis. Perfect size for our group. The fireplace was a lovely addition sitting around each night. Kitchen, could use a few more pot lids...we made due with a sheet pan ;) - Staff is very attentive to any issues and we had a great time. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at the house and resort. The house was large and well equipped with the exception of a few things. Given the size and costs of the house, we would have expected more modern electronics such as TV's. The TV in the main room was very small and hard to see and the other guest rooms had tiny TV's as well. Outdoor patio furniture only had 6 seats vs the much larger capacity of the bldg. A nice upgrade would have been a third king in lieu of a queen.

Since your review, the owners have replaced TVs in this property.  For the aesthetic of the home, we feel it's best to keep the TV in the armoire next to the fireplace, which does limit the size that can be purchased.  We find this space to be a cozy gathering area to share stories of the day with each other, work on a puzzle or play games.  The TV is newer and can be enjoyed from all angles of the living space.  The owner is exploring the option of upgrading the queen room to a king, possibly, but we want to make sure there will still be ample space in the room.  They have also taken your suggestion regarding the outdoor furniture and are looking at upgrades to those as well.  We appreciate your feedback and do hope that you will reach out to us for a future stay in Jackson Hole.

A perfect get away location!

The ski in ski out amenities, spectacular views from the hot tub, and very clean lodge made for a lovely spring break! There was also a nice welcome gift of yummy snacks that lasted us the whole stay. Nothing beats a weekend at Jackson Hole! We will definitely be back soon.

#20 Granite Ridge Ski In and Out

We rented the house from Jackson Hole resort lodging. The staff was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Check in and out was a breeze. When we arrived, we were greeting with a bottle of wine, some ski snacks and souvenir goodies. It was a very nice touch. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stock and spotless. The rooms are big and there is plenty of space for all. We all had our own bedroom and bath which was nice when getting ready. Everyone in our group loved the house. Ski boot dryers in the garage was so nice, that I am adding one to my ski house on the east coast. My only suggestion would be to have a larger hot tub. It is really only large enough for 4 adults and after a day of skiing it would be nice to all hang out in there. Overall, this was not a problem. We just didn't use it after trying it the first day. TV's are small but we were there for family time and never really watched much TV so it was fine for us. We played games and went into Jackson most nights. Lastly, the fireplace seems to have an issue. There was black soot on the stones and when we tried to have a fire it was smokey. Yes, the flue was open. We opened the windows and did not have any more fires. In spite of the those minor issues, we had a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and appreciate your feedback on the property, which we have shared with the homeowners.  The fireplace is checked yearly, and the stones have been cleaned, so that is no longer an issue in the main living area.  The electronics have been replaced in this home, but the armoire limits the size of the TV that can be placed in the main living area; however, we find it to be a cozy space for families to gather and enjoy TV, a game, or puzzle together.  We are glad you enjoyed the boot dryer, which is a major plus in a ski property!

The space of the condo is excellent. The location is perfect. That is what you’re paying a massive premium for. The home itself feels worn. That’s okay for a property that has been lived in or rented. The appliances are very old. The washer and dryer can be difficult to operate. The second bedroom up stairs water pressure is low and the shower doesn’t work, you can only use the bathtub in that room. The kitchen is huge. The dining table is huge. And the family room fireplace is great. The TVs are dated and when we called for maintenance to help operate them, they were there in 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay but the price point is so high we might explore alternatives for our next trip to Jackson Hole.

Thanks for your feedback as we do share this information with the homeowners.  Since your review the owners have completed substantial upgrades to the property, including replacing major appliances such as the washer and dryer, oven, microwave and electronics in the home.  The shower issue in the 2nd bedroom has also been fixed, so as not to cause any issues for future guests.  The owners have done a tremendous job keeping the property up to standard and for that we feel it is priced fair for the Jackson market.

Thanksgiving/Birthday vacation

Our daughter lives in Jackson, so we took the rest of the family out for Thanksgiving and my husband’s 60th Birthday! The house was exactly as pictured, and had enough room for all of us. The location to the slopes was excellent, and we were lucky to get a lot of snow for skiing.

Excellent property with many unexpected amenities. Last stay at VRBO property had many issues (minimal toiletries, malfunctioning appliances) but this place went above and beyond with upscale soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent. Property was very clean, nicely located. Area was quiet with no neighbor issues. Recommend this property highly.

The property was very pretty. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to move around in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. Everything felt very clean. When we stayed the weather was quite warm and the property did not have AC. Also, check out time is early, 10:00 with no exceptions. That said, it was still a great place and I would return.

Teton Village lodge 20The lodge was amazing, all the comforts of home and so much more. Beautiful furnishings and the open plan kept us a familyof 10 ( 8 adults and 2 teens ) of ever feeling crowded. The two car garage and driveway was perfect for our three rented vehicles. The bedrooms were more then adequate in size and so comfortable. the decks, patios and hot tub were great after a full day exploring at Yellowstone national park. The views surrounding the lodge from all sides were amazing and we really enjoyed the hiking trails. There was absolutely nothing more that we could have wanted. This lodge had it all. Our son-in-law is an architect and he was very impressed with the floor plan. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go first class.The Babcocks & Family Houston Texas

Felt like not much had been done to the 5 bedroom house in several years. Maybe that is the way it is with rentals, but we were paying something like $1,500/day and it did not seem to be that caliber. (For example, it does not have air conditioning.)

Plenty of room, quality furniture and fittings made us feel special. Every need had been thought of and the kitchen was particularly beautiful. Easy access to the ski lifts and Teton Village made it easy to start every day in a happy and fun mood! We would drop everything to holiday there again as soon as we can. Thank you Jackson Hole.

"Christmas vacation"

The house was great with the exception that the main tv in the main living area was too small and the sound would not work. Their speakers were not hooked up and there was no receivers. We eventually had to go upstairs where only a few people could sit to have a decent size tv and sound that worked.Otherwise, the house had a great floor plan and was sn easy walk to village and ski in ski out!!

"Wonderful Time"

This was a fantastic villa! We had a wonderful time here. There were 7 of us and there was more than enough room. The decor is beautiful and the living room is beautiful. Location is perfect in Teton Village. Lots to do in the village. 5 minutes from the Tetons and 20 minutes from downtown Jackson. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

"For those who wish to go first class"

Teton Village lodge 20The lodge was amazing, all the comforts of home and so much more. Beautiful furnishings and the open plan kept us a familyof 10 ( 8 adults and 2 teens ) of ever feeling crowded. The two car garage and driveway was perfect for our three rented vehicles. The bedrooms were more then adequate in size and so comfortable. the decks, patios and hot tub were great after a full day exploring at Yellowstone national park. The views surrounding the lodge from all sides were amazing and we really enjoyed the hiking trails. There was absolutely nothing more that we could have wanted. This lodge had it all. Our son-in-law is an architect and he was very impressed with the floor plan. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go first class.The Babcocks & Family Houston Texas

"Needs to be updated"

Felt like not much had been done to the 5 bedroom house in several years. Maybe that is the way it is with rentals, but we were paying something like $1,500/day and it did not seem to be that caliber. (For example, it does not have air conditioning.)

Beyond its artful interiors, the lodge offers unparalleled access to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Located within walking distance of the lifts, Granite Ridge is the epitome of ski-in, ski-out.

The 4,200-square-foot lodge unfolds over three floors. The main level features a gracious great room with a stone fireplace, leather seating, a large smart TV, the perfect spot to gather for a board game or movie night. The gracious space opens to a dining table that comfortably seats 10. The adjoining gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom pine cabinets, a center island and high-end appliances.  The open floor plan is complimented by the French doors that open to a deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill.

The primary suite, perched on the top floor and flooded with natural light, features many amenities including a gas fireplace, a TV tucked into a discrete console and king bed. Heated floors in the bathroom paired with a double vanity and Jacuzzi style tub make for a spa-like experience. A second bedroom on the top floor offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. French doors open onto a private patio.

The upstairs bedrooms are connected by a cozy landing featuring couches, a big-screen TV and a desk.

The lower level boasts a secondary suite with a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, marble shower and walk-in closet. A sitting area within the bedroom encourages enjoyment of the spectacular views framed by French doors. Beyond the French doors the hot tub awaits.

Downstairs also features two additional bedrooms. The first welcomes children with its playful interior design, two twin beds, and pint-sized table and chairs. The neighboring bedroom, awash in natural light, offers another pair of twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. Also, downstairs is the laundry room with new washer and dryer.

Western art and alpine antiques amplify the aesthetic value of Granite Ridge Lodge 20.

Nestled in the woods, Granite Ridge offer views of Rendezvous Mountain, Sleeping Indian and the Snake River Valley. Conveniently located minutes away from Grand Teton National Park, Granite Ridge guests can take advantage of all the activities available at the resort and in the park: from hiking and horseback riding in the summer and fall to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
