Meet the JHRL Team

Nicole Brittingham
General Manager & Responsible Broker
Originally from Southern California, Nicole moved to the Jackson Hole area in 1998 after living in Flagstaff, Arizona and attending Northern Arizona University. With a love for the outdoors, cooking and fun Nicole and the mountains make a great pair. Nicole and her chef husband Travis own a small Bistro in Victor, Idaho serving up good food and fun to the Teton Valley Locals.
Julie Calder
VP- Guest Experience
Julie graduated from the University of Richmond, and later earned an MBA and MA in International Economics and Spanish from George Washington University. After several family ski vacations to Jackson Hole in the 1990s, Julie moved to Wilson, Wyoming in 1997. Julie started with JHRL in Marketing and Sales before becoming the International Marketing and Sales Director of JHMR. She is now the Vice President of Guest Experience which includes Sales, Reservations, Guest Services, JHRL and Ticketing. Julie served on the Jackson Hole Therapeutic Riding Association Board of Directors including Co-Chair, currently sits on the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as well as the Board of Directors for JH Central Reservations. In her spare time, she avidly rides and competes on horses, and also enjoys skiing, hiking, and travelling. Julie is married to Andy Calder, and they have two daughters, Avery and Hannah.
Michael Gray
Operations Manager
Michael grew up between Maryland and Vermont playing lacrosse at UVM before graduating from Les Roches in Switzerland with a BBA in International Hospitality Management and a minor in finance. After finishing school in the Swiss Alps, he found a position in Teton Village until the recession in 2009 at which point he found an opportunity in Alaska at Alyeska Resort in Girdwood. After starting in the finance department, he returned to a guest-facing role to improve the guest experience focusing on private heli-ski client groups, and ultimately became responsible for hotel operations and revenue management. Upon the sale of Alyeska, he returned to Jackson to run a luxury boutique hotel on the town square for several years before joining the JHRL team. When not on the job, he can be found skiing, mountain biking, rafting, fishing, golfing and always enjoying the local food and wine offerings.
Jason Kroman
Maintenance Director
Jason moved to Jackson in 2002 from Littleton, CO and has enjoyed every minute of it! Joining the Resort Lodging team in October of 2005, Jason brings his degree from Colorado State University in Recreation and Tourism along with his 12 years of managerial experience from Target, Sports Authority and Ace Hardware. Jason also comes from a family who has owned and operated a construction firm in Denver for over 30yrs. When not at work, you can find Jason following his passion for the outdoors, rowing his skiff for trout along the many rivers in the area, chasing steelhead and hunting with his Griffin, Spey for birds during the season and is quick to share his passion. Jason and his staff look forward to helping out our owners and guests whenever they can!
Geri Glenn
Director of Housekeeping
Geri was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, and grew up in Golden, Colorado. She moved to Winter Park, Colorado, after meeting her husband there. Geri has spent 30+ years working in Property Management with Housekeeping, Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager experience. After vacationing here for years, Geri moved to Jackson Hole 7 years ago leaving her children and grandchildren in Colorado to follow a passion for Fly fishing with her husband Gary who works for Sotheby’s Real Estate. Geri resides in Victor, Idaho.
Tyler Montgomery
Employee Properties
Tyler grew up in Broomfield, CO where he later attended the University of Colorado – Boulder and received his bachelor’s degree in business management. After graduating he lived in Denver for a few years before making the move to Jackson, WY in 2009 for a job as the branch manager of a cell phone store. Growing tired of sales he wanted to change gears and started working for JHMR in 2011 in the Human Resources department as a Seasonal Assistant. After some time he grew within the company to become the Property Manager for employee housing properties. During his time off you can find him snowboarding, bowling, golfing, fishing, hiking or camping with friends and his dog Olive.
Jill Loury
Lead Vacation Specialist
After graduating from Warren Wilson College in 2008, Jill decided to head west of the Mississippi and visit the vast open spaces of Wyoming. After only one season in the Tetons she knew this place had taken ahold of her. Jill is happy to share her love for this beautiful area and help guests become excited about taking either their 1st or 15th trip to the Jackson area. In her off time, she can be found exploring with her pup, Stella Blue, or trying to catch a fish or two.
Brian Beck
Homeowner Association Manager
Brian grew up in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in economics. Since college, Brian has lived in Madison, Hawaii and Jackson working in finance and running a mortgage business in Wilson, Wyoming from 2002-2008, then working at JHRL from 2009-2015. Brian briefly went to project management and caretaking services and is back working at JHRL in spring of 2020. Brian has traveled to all 7 continents and loves backcountry skiing and hunting the elusive brown trout. Brian has been raising his son Waylon with his wife Alyssa in east Jackson.
David Strickland
Caretaking Director
David's childhood that began in 1961 in Roanoke VA, and then he moved to Greensboro, NC, eventually led to a BS in psychology with a minor in Sociology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Upon graduation in 1983, Yellowstone National Park beckoned and following 6 years in the maintenance and hospitality fields there, Jackson seemed the next logical move. After helping to manage the Sundance Inn for five years, David began working in the Caretaking profession in 1996 soon becoming a part of JHRL and the rest is history. David's favorite past times are taking long walks in the woods with his wife Amy and dog Scooby, and riding his mountain bike on the numerous trails in the area.
Bill O'Donnell
Accounting Manager
Bill grew up in Denver CO and went to school at the University of Colorado – Boulder where he earned Master of Accounting. After working for a public accounting firm in Denver for two years, he moved to Jackson to enjoy more time in the mountains. Bill started working for JHRL in 2021. During his time off, Bill can be found skiing, sailing, or paragliding.
Tatiana Juge
Operations Coordinator
Tatiana began working for JHRL winter 2022, bringing with her 7+ years of customer service and guest experience, which she happily utilizes to make sure each guest has an amazing stay. Born in Lafayette, LA, Tatiana decided to leave the south and head to Seattle, WA where she spent three years working as an Executive Assistant as well as running her own dog care business. After years of family ski vacations, she knew that she wanted to leave the city and live in a ski town which she hasn’t regretted since. In her free time, Tatiana can be found skiing, volunteering, hiking, and creating art.
Angie Concannon
Account Manager
Angie graduated from Colby College in Maine with a degree in Psychology. Her passion for the west led her back to work and explore in the mountains of Wyoming, Idaho and Washington. Over the years she has pursued her interests in outdoor education working for National Outdoor Leadership School, with youth-at-risk at Red Top Meadows and in architecture at Carney Architects and BOE Architects. Angie has worked for JHMR since 2013 most recently as an account manager for JHRL. She enjoys the year-round activities Jackson has to offer with her husband and children.
Katie Burton
Homeowner Account Manager
Katie grew up in the White Mountains of Jackson, New Hampshire and attended Plymouth State University where she studied Geography and competed on the alpine ski team. She later studied geospatial intelligence at Penn State and spent five years as a program manager in technology in Washington DC before moving to the Tetons in October 2020 to get back to her mountain-town roots. Katie lives over the hill in Driggs, ID, and her favorite activities are skiing, mountain biking and anything she can bring her dog Teton to.
