Join us at the breathtaking Snake River Sporting Club for an unforgettable evening with legendary chef Jonathan Waxman of Barbuto.

A pioneer of California cuisine and one of America’s most influential chefs, Waxman is celebrated for his vibrant, ingredient-driven cooking that blends French technique with the rustic flavors of the Italian countryside.

For this special dinner, he will present a seasonal multi-course menu showcasing his signature style of simple, beautiful dishes built around exceptional ingredients. 

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines from Walter Scott Wines, the acclaimed Willamette Valley producer known for its elegant, terroir-driven Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. Winemaker Ken Pahlow and founder Erica Landon will be in attendance to share insights about the wines and the pairings as each course is served.  

Limited to just 64 guests, this intimate evening promises extraordinary food and remarkable wines set against the stunning backdrop of Snake River Sporting Club.
