Welcome to Moose Hideaway, a luxurious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom retreat nestled in the trees of Teton Village.

Designed with a modern western aesthetic, this spacious home blends refined comfort with rustic charm, creating an ideal setting for families or groups looking to relax and reconnect in the mountains. The main floor features two beautifully appointed master suites, each with king beds and private en-suite bathrooms—one offering a serene soaking tub, the other a walk-in shower. The heart of the home is a gourmet kitchen equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, induction range, wine bar, coffee niche, and a cozy built-in banquette breakfast area. The open-concept living and dining space is warmed by radiant in-floor heating and a stunning double-sided fireplace, inviting guests to gather and unwind in true mountain style.
Just off the kitchen, sliding doors lead to a spacious deck with a Weber gas grill and an outdoor dining table, perfect for al fresco meals beneath the trees. A well-designed mudroom with a boot dryer, bench, hooks, and storage keeps ski gear organized, and direct access to the two-car garage and a heated driveway makes winter arrivals seamless. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms provide flexible accommodations: a king suite with an en-suite bath, a twin bedroom, and a bunk room featuring two sets of Queen captain’s bunks. A shared full bath and additional ¾ bath ensure comfort for all guests. The lower level also features a cozy second living area with a 55” flat-screen TV, game table, and access to the home's private indoor hot tub—surrounded by windows that bring the forest views in while maintaining perfect privacy.

Whether you're soaking in the hot tub after a day on the slopes, enjoying a glass of wine by the fire, or gathering in the kitchen to cook and connect, Moose Hideaway offers a luxurious and welcoming basecamp for your Jackson Hole adventure.

Like most properties in Jackson Hole, this property does not have air conditioning. Thanks to our mountain setting, cooler overnight temperatures and fresh alpine air naturally help moderate indoor temperatures during the summer. We recommend taking advantage of the cool evenings by opening the windows and using the provided fans to maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

*Please note, gatherings greater than the maximum occupancy are not permitted in this property.

Mountain weather is variable and unpredictable. Resort conditions and ski access may be weather and snow dependent.

Beautiful property

5
Stayed on July 2026
Overall this is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. We were 3 generations on family vacation and the house had room for everyone. The 3 king suites were well appointed and comfortable. The other two bedrooms were great for kids and teens. The kitchen is beautiful with many windows and where we spent a lot of time. The main living room is nice and comfortable and the downstairs media area was popular with the kids. The hot tub is indoors but has an outside sliding door. The views are great and everything was clean and in working order. The property management company is very responsive. While we understood there was no air conditioning, the summers are not what they used to be in the mountains the house was warm all the time. We needed to request extra fans for sleeping and they were provided quickly.
Manager Response:
Hi Andrea,
Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We’re delighted this beautiful home provided plenty of space for your three-generation family vacation, and that everyone enjoyed the comfortable suites, spacious kitchen, media area, hot tub, and stunning views. We’re also glad our team responded quickly when you requested additional fans. We appreciate your feedback regarding the summer warmth and hope to welcome your family back for another memorable stay in the Tetons!
Kind Regards,
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging Team

Great house

Stayed on August 2026
Great house and layout for our multigenerational family of 9 (and space for more). Very well stocked – everything you could possibly need is there. Lots of space for everyone both on the main level and downstairs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub too! Teton Village location is great - lots going on in the village and access to the mountains, Wilson, downtown Jackson. And tons of wildlife right in the backyard!
Manager Response:
Hi Jennifer,
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful review! We’re thrilled the home’s spacious layout and thoughtful amenities were a great fit for your multigenerational family of nine. It sounds like the kids especially enjoyed the hot tub, while everyone had room to relax and enjoy the Teton Village location. And having wildlife right in the backyard is certainly a special Jackson Hole experience! We hope to welcome your family back for more mountain memories.
Kind Regards,
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging Team

Bedroom set up worked well for our group. Good space on the main floor. Deck was nice except some chairs are needed around the BBQ grill. The arrangement in the sitting area not the best and we had to have a TV relocated there. Need good fans everywhere as the house is definitely warm in the afternoon, early evening.
Manager Response:
Hi Michael,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're pleased to hear the bedroom layout worked well for your group and that you enjoyed the spacious main floor and deck. We appreciate your suggestions regarding additional seating by the BBQ, the sitting area arrangement, and adding more fans for warmer afternoons and evenings. Your comments are valuable and help us continue improving the guest experience. We hope to welcome you back to Jackson Hole again soon.
Kind Regards,
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging Team

Loved the house, treats left to us. Very clean. Have tented this house a few times and love it. Only suggestion: have keurig coffee maker- as many in our party drink it.

Beautiful Home

5
Stayed on September 2025
The location was convenient to the Jenny Lake area in the park. The home was beautiful, very well appointed. The furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was a great family space. The only negative was the construction going on next door and up the street, noise and construction vehicles.
Manager Response:
Hi Beth,
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the home’s comfort, amenities, and convenient location near Jenny Lake. We appreciate your feedback regarding the nearby construction and apologize for any disruption it may have caused. We hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable and that we have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future.

Would like to have had a TV in the room upstairs with the wood burning fireplace. Lovely home. We appreciated all the labeling in the kitchen. Would have liked some cleaning products for the stove and the marble counters. Paper towels were low quality and fell apart.

Moose Hideaway is one of the nicest if not the best place I have stayed on a ski trip. I have been booking annual “boys” trips for 30 +years including several at village house which is also nice. Moose Hideaway was a step above given the design, furnishings and all the cooking accessories you could ask for. We will be back. hope my review doesn’t raise the price

Multi-Generational Family Vacation

5
Stayed on August 2024
We chose this house for a multigenerational, blended family vacation. The pictures don't do it justice - the house is big and clean. It's professionally managed, so every question we asked was immediately answered. Check out was the easiest I've seen - only locking up, throwing away open food, and leaving used towels on bathroom floors. No stripping sheets or doing laundry. The layout was perfect - there are three bedrooms downstairs: a king ensuite room; a bedroom with two singles; and a bedroom with two twin-over-full bunks (i.e. four beds). There are two additional full bathrooms downstairs, but they're not ensuite (which actually allowed our four kids to share both, so it was easier.). The house is built into a mountainside, so the downstairs did not feel like a basement because it had full sized and in some cases floor-to-ceiling windows. There's also a family area downstairs, so our kids were able to hang out there and we stayed downstairs with our four kids. My parents and brother stayed upstairs in the two king ensuite bedrooms, and there was another seating area upstairs where the adults in the family were able to hang out. Location was great- just outside Grand Teton National Park and about 30 minutes from Jackson. We would stay here again.

Moose Hideaway is Incredible

5
Stayed on September 2024
Absolutely loved Moose Hideaway! The location was perfect for us, close to the village yet still very private. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need AND all the drawers are marked with little stickers that tell you what is inside. All the bedrooms are fantastic, and the beds are very comfortable. There are boot warmers in the entry way which is a great touch and plenty of room to store/hang clothes, shoes and gear. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! PS- there was a family of deer just outside the house every day!

Perfect place for a family gathering!

5
Stayed on August 2024
We were in Teton Village for a big family wedding, and the Moose Hideaway was the perfect place for a bunch of us to stay! The house was super comfy, and a good set-up for grilling, gathering, playing games, etc. The location was convenient too- the house is kind of tucked away in the woods, but it is just a nice 10min morning walk to Overview Coffee and other stuff at the resort base. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect!

Perfect house! Perfect location! Our first family vacation with our adult children and significant partners, including one recently married. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The late nighters enjoyed playing UNO downstairs and the early-to-bed enjoyed the main level bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. Short walk to Teton Village to enjoy the sunset and all its restaurants. Great location to get to all our activities in the area from horseback riding, rafting and ATV’ing. Truly a memorable vacation!

The Wedding Party

Stayed on June 2024
There were 10 of us in town for the wedding of dear friends. The house provided the perfect place for everyone to gather and go off to explore the beautiful area. Most of the time was spent in the wonderful spacious kitchen and out on the deck. More than enough room for everyone. We came as friends and left as family. Thank you for sharing your residence.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Moose Hideaway. We will be returning customers to this fantastic home. The house met all of our expectations and provided everything we needed during our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and we loved the newly renovated kitchen. The extremely close proximity to Teton Village and the lifts was a huge plus for our group. Kudos for making our stay exceptional.

Best rental ever!

This was the best ever rental! We were impressed by the well curated and extremely well stocked kitchen- plates, cutlery, pots etc- simply perfect. The house itself is peaceful and quiet in a stunning landscape and was perfect for our group. One evening the water was shut off and we called the emergency number. Within 5 minutes we had a call back and the problem was fixed remotely by a very friendly maintenance manager. We would definitely come back!

My girlfriends and I recently spent 4 nights at Moose Hideaway and I can't say enough great things about this house! It's spacious, well-decorated, and fully-stocked with almost everything! There were more than enough towels and bed linens/extra blankets provided. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE and the sheets felt like luxurious hotel sheets. The back deck is a good size and the location was incredibly quiet. We loved having the ability to walk down the hill to the restaurants and also the proximity of the gondola to head to the top of the mountain. The entire check-in/check-out process was a breeze and the staff was incredibly kind. We had an issue one day where a fuse blew and despite it being the weekend, maintenance arrived to fix it within minutes of me calling. Bonus: we got to see a Moose the first day we arrived...he was chomping away on some trees out front so we admired him from afar. I'd love to come back someday!

Family Week at Moose Hideaway

Stayed on August 2023
We had a wonderful time at this spacious home. It met the needs of our multi-generational get together. 10 adults and 4 children were housed and there was plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well outfitted and the grill worked well. Other than a few screens missing there was nothing we lacked! Several moose sightings from the house as well!

Big home accommodated big group

5
Stayed on July 2023
We were 3 families with kids and appreciated the space and layout of this home. Pros: many bathrooms so each family had their own. “kids” room with 2 double bunks allowed all the big kids to stay together Walk in closet space accommodated a pack and play Kitchen suited our needs and isn’t the focal point of the house (ie many other lounging areas for people to congregate) Proximity to Teton village to go out if we wanted Cons Moose Wilson road closures led to tons of traffic - would check our access before booking next time. But with that road open, location is perfect The house doesn’t have much outdoor space so the bottom floor became the lair of the kids which meant one adult couple had to be there with them. This wouldn’t be as much of an issue in the winter and we started going to Teton village to let the kids run around on the grass, splash pad, and playground We didn’t use the hot tub much bc it was pretty warm the week we stayed. Fortunately the home cooled nicely at night; even without AC we were very comfortable.

We loved the home and the location. It was away from the summer crowd and nice and quiet! The beds were really comfy too!. The only issue we had was the fridge was a little small for the house size. The sinks in the upstairs bedrooms were kind of shallow so hard to keep nice and clean.
