Lovely!

The apartment was lovely, clean and with all the amenities we needed. Close to the pool which we used several times and walking distance to Teton Village. There are numerous walking opportunities close by. Communication was great, check in and out went smoothly.

Perfect location!

This place was a perfect location and size for our family. We came during a heat wave so we could’ve used more sufficient fans because it was so hot. Also it is extremely dark due to no overhead lighting. Otherwise the amenities were great, the pool was fun and it was a beautiful area!

We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of four with two teenagers. The location is ideal! Just steps away from the village. We saw moose and deer right from our porch! Some things I wished I knew before we chose this place. -The pictures make it look a little nicer and newer than it is. It is a very old unit with thin walls. You can hear every move the above neighbors make. -The extra bedding for the sofa bed and extra blankets were very old and I am not sure the last time they were washed. Some were kept in a cardboard box which I found a bit odd. -The washing machine/dryer is an all in one machine that is pretty difficult to operate compared to operating a normal washer and dryer. After watching many YouTube videos, I figured out how to run a cycle but the clothes never seemed to dry all of the way. And the wash/dry cycle took many hours to complete just to end up with clothes that were not completely dry. This was kind of disappointing since we were there for so long and were relying on being able to wash clothes easily and that you could only wash small amounts at a time. -The bathroom in the room with the twin beds is very narrow and small. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The location is unbeatable - everything in Teton Village is walkable, and nature is literally right outside your door. We spotted a moose grazing across the street one morning, which set the tone for the whole trip. The host’s instructions were thorough and genuinely helpful - everything was easy to navigate from the moment we arrived. A nice personal touch: a fresh batch of local coffee was waiting for us, which we put to good use on early summit mornings. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the Tetons. We’ll be back.

Great views of the Teton range, beautiful views. Perfect walking distance to Jackson hole ski resort and a short drive or bike ride to the south entrance of Grand Teton national park. The town of Jackson is just a 20 minute drive with the other entrances to Grand Teton National park just beyond that. Overall it was the perfect location to explore all.

Satisfying experience!

Very satisified. Given that I was in town for a conference that had used up all of its room block, finding the condominium in Teton Village so close to the event venue (Four Seasons) at a reasonable price was a Godsend. The team were very responsive and made it easy for me when I ended up adding a second guest to the booking at the last minute. The place was basic but very comfortable with separate bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for each making it easy for two, independent guests to coordinate their schedules. Of course, Jackson Hole is crazy beautiful and full of things to do. So it was all round a very satisfying experience.

We stayed in White Ridge B1. We were very disappointed. Lots of deferred maintenance. Lock on sliding glass door broken, outlets that did not work, twin beds very uncomfortable, queen bed squeaks every time you roll over or move, stained kitchen rug.

Nice place to stay

The place was great. It was close to Teton Village, where I needed to be for work. The walls/floors are thin. I could hear everything the people upstairs were doing, and it was very loud. Even had a band rent the room above me for a night and practice for 3.5 hours. The stay was not quiet, but the accommodations were nice and the location convenient.

2024 Stay

We are long time winter renters with you. We loved the closeness to the village with this unit. We'd likely rent it again. That said, here are a few comments. Several wall light switches did not do anything. Perhaps lamps are plugged into the wrong outlet??? Blankets for the queen bed were hard to find. Finally, and worst of all in the combo washer/dryer. We likely were not doing it right but each load of laundry took over 3 to 4 hours to complete. Maybe a simple note explaining how it works would be helpful to future renters. Also, the ski storage locker was very difficult to get open. Lastly, you may want to get the dishwasher fully installed before someone accidently pulls it too hard and it causes the water line to disengage.

Most outstandind ski weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in Jackson Hole. The JHRL team made the process really easy, helped us find the perfect unit, secure and extend lift tickets and answered all of our questions. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable and exactly as promised. At the end of the day, we were able to focus on skiing and having fun, and relaxing at the end of the day. We will definitely be back.

JHRL came in clutch!

We had been in Jackson for a week with no snow. We were at the airport to go home when a blizzard came in, shutting down all the flights. We quickly decided that to make lemonade with lemons and started to look for a new spot to extend our faction. JHRL came in clutch! We were able to book almost immediately--and this spot was awesome. It's a 5 minute walk to the tram, nicely furnished with a retro flavor, wood fireplace...just perfect. I would have typically spent a few days and weeks of planning to grab a spot like this. Instead, I was able to grab this one on the fly and JHRL made it possible. So great!

Mediocre outdated condo

This is the third condo unit in Whiteridge we’ve stayed in. The location is fantastic and the checkin/checkout process was seamless. Plenty of extra bedding and the kitchen was adequate. Unfortunately this unit is quite old and outdated, leading to a number of frustrations with the dishwasher, washer:dryer, outlets, fireplace, etc. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was significantly less storage than in the other WR units we’ve stayed in. Great week at Jackson Hole as always though!!

Great location — it’s a short walk to the main village area with restaurants, a basic grocery store, trams and trails, etc. We have a toddler and the playground and splash pad in the village were especially big hits. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking, and everything was clean and worked well. Overall, it was a fun experience!

- location: great about 30 min drive to most spots in Grand Tetons, hour to colter bay. easy walk to the shops and eats at Teton village. We saw moose right near the condo too! - beds: hard and not relaxing but not uncomfortable. Pillows are not good - clean: super clean!! - shower pressure: excellent! - responsiveness: excellent! washer broke, and they were very responsive. Downside was washer had exploded water everywhere, but it was fixed by midday the next day - overall: a solid ski or hiking place. Good space, clean, lots of room. Not a luxury spot

Walkable to base

Teton Village is fun although smaller than many ski resorts. Everything is walkable. Condo itself could use some updates but served it’s purpose for our trip- comfortable beds and a functional kitchen for four of us

Comfortable stay in the 90s

This is a comfortable lodge, and has all the amenities as advertised. It does not have to try hard because the location is gorgeous, but you will enjoy the lodge as a cosy little home away from home. The place is stuck in the 1990s, but it doesnt really matter as it is a vacation place. Not thrilled with the beds, etc., but still would give it an excellent.

This condo is well located and has access to pool and easy to village so important for a family. Owners have decorated in a mid century/ vintage type style to make a very old condo feel fresh and stylish. Bathrooms are updated; access is easy; need new mattresses!!
