Easily walkable to downtown

Great location that was easily walkable to downtown. Wonderful coffee and breakfast at Cafe Jackson Hole across the street. Appreciated the coffee provided in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Would stay again.

The location was excellent, and the condo itself was lovely. However, the management process needs improvement. The listing never mentioned it’s above a SpringHill Suites, and when we arrived at 11:00 p.m., every check-in code we were given was wrong. We couldn’t reach anyone, and thankfully found an old text with different instructions that actually worked.<br /><br />We were also asked to sign a contract outside of Airbnb, which we declined. Assigned parking was included, but someone was parked in our reserved spot for our entire stay. Management did nothing to resolve it and simply told us to park on the already packed street.<br /><br />Overall, it’s a great property, but the multiple codes, outside contracts, and confusing communication make the experience feel unnecessarily complicated. Streamlining the process would make a big difference.

Loved this airbnb. if you’re a bathtub person this place has an amazing one!! Only downfall was how long the walk was to get in and out of the hotel to the door of the condo. Other than that this place was amazing and is located in a prime spot/is walking distances to everything!

This place is great if you are visiting for the national parks and want to be within walking distance to everything in town. The only frustration we had was our inability to get into the building garage and onto the floor due to incorrect codes.

Great Location

The space was very nice and clean. The location is great. The directions for finding the space and parking area could be improved significantly. It was not disclosed in the listing that the condo is above a hotel and the parking and entrance is shared with part of the hotel. It caused us some time trying to figure out exactly where to go and we had to communicate with the management company to find everything out. Overall a very nice stay.

Hard to find unit

Comfortable, clean and well designed!

Very comfortable condo located close to town square, fairgrounds and museum. I'd definitely recommend this condo when staying in Jackson. The condo itself is comfortable, clean and well designed. Also, we felt very safe and secure in both the condo building and area. As others have mentioned, I would definitely prepare for the hike from the elevator to condo which is really fine except when you're hauling in baggage or supplies. Just be prepared and aware if someone in your group has mobility challenges. Also, the designated parking spot is a bit tight. We were fine in a rental mid sized (VW Atlas) SUV but you might be more challenged in a larger vehicle. (Or just unload passengers and then park.) The spot is very convenient to elevators.

This place is perfect walking distance to everything in town square. Everything is beautiful and well stocked. High end appliances. Super safe and quiet. The bed is super comfortable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The space felt fresh and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. One thing to note for future guests: the walk from the elevator to the front door is fairly long, especially if you’re carrying a lot of luggage or traveling with little ones. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, but just something to be aware of.
