Very convenient

Stayed on June 2026

The condo is very convenient to Teton Village opportunities and fairly convenient to visiting Grand Teton. We were able to go back and forth from park to condo throughout the day. We loved that the neighbors were pretty quiet. There are not enough blankets in this unit and the unit wasn’t exactly clean, kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty and the bathroom mat was really dirty (I recommend throwing that away). The primary suit bed is interesting. 2 twin box springs with a large mattress on top, this creates a lower canyon in the middle where it sags. There was a little mix up with the digital “guidebook” and the property manager giving the wrong information about the laundry room but they got back to me eventually with the correct code. We would stay there again since it’s conveniently 30-60 minutes to hiking locations. Close to Jackson too!

Manager Response:

Close to the village

Stayed on March 2026

The location was close to the village and offered a complimentary shuttle a few steps away. My biggest complaint is the advertised king bed was not a true king. It was two twin beds pushed together with a very thin and uneven mattress cover. The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable. You could feel the frame of the bed through it. The pillows were equally as thin. Not a comfortable place to rest after long days of skiing. Overall the condo was outdated.

Manager Response:

Hi Megan,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location and easy access to the Village and shuttle. We sincerely apologize the bedding did not meet expectations—comfort after a long ski day is essential, and we regret falling short. Your feedback regarding the mattresses, pillows, and overall updates has been shared with our team for review. We truly appreciate your insights and hope to welcome you back for an improved stay.
Kind Regards,
