Amazing property, spacious with more than adequate amenities and tasteful furniture. The balcony was great as well, great view of Snow King Mountain. The location was a little confusing at first as it appears to be part of the Marriott, but very easy to park and access once you know where it is. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! 2-3 minute walk from downtown restaurants and stores. Overall, well worth it and highly recommended.
Manager Response:
Hi Matthew,
Thank you for such a wonderful review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the spacious property, tasteful furnishings, generous amenities, and especially the balcony views of Snow King Mountain. We’re also glad the downtown location made it easy to enjoy Jackson’s restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We appreciate your helpful note about the Marriott location and are delighted everything was easy to access once you arrived. We hope to welcome you back soon!

The area and overall vacation to the parks was absolutely incredible. We do however prefer a colder environment and chose these accommodations based on the fact that they had air conditioning. Unfortunately, the thermostat was less than cooperative and no matter what we tried, the temperature kept bumping up to the 70s and even 80s on the last day there. If you don’t mind the heat, this place is definitely a dream, but unfortunately, it did disappoint in that regard. The issue was communicated to the owners, and they assured that it would be fixed for the future!!
Manager Response:
Hi Simone,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re thrilled to hear the area and your park adventures were incredible. We sincerely apologize for the frustration with the thermostat and the difficulty keeping the home comfortably cool, especially during your final day. We appreciate you bringing this to the owners’ attention and are glad they assured you it would be addressed. We hope to have the opportunity to provide a more comfortable stay on your next visit.
Kind Regards,
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging Team

We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Jackson, making it easy to walk to restaurants and downtown attractions while being just a short drive from Grand Teton National Park. Everything you need is within walking distance or 5–10 minutes away. The home was exactly as advertised, and the JHRL team was very responsive throughout the entire process. We especially loved the patio deck. We used the grill to make burgers and enjoyed peaceful evenings sitting outside. Having A/C in the summer was also a huge plus.
