A covered front porch presents a private entrance into this Aspens condo.

The foyer greets guests with its terracotta tile, wall hooks and bench. A hall closet holds a washer/dryer, and sits across from a powder room with a dark granite countertop, bronzed fixtures and clementine-colored, sponge-painted walls. The great room unfolds beneath a peaked roof.

The renovated kitchen features dark granite countertops, pine cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a Viking stove and a hanging pot rack. The adjacent dining table seats six. A brick red console bridges the living area. A brick fireplace faces a matching couch and armchair. A watercolor painting decorates the wall. Bookshelves stock books, board games and puzzles. A natural jute area rug accents the room. A back deck boasts mountain views and teak table. Carpeted stairs lead to the master bedroom with its king bed, dark wood headboard, tawny bedding, two closets and chest of drawers. Floral drapes and a TV/DVD/VHS player round out the room’s amenities. A detached bath features a granite counter and tiled shower/tub. The second bedroom offers a pair of twin beds backed by wrought-iron bedframes and a large closet. Windows overlook the mountain panorama.

Like most properties in Jackson Hole, this property does not have air conditioning. Thanks to our mountain setting, cooler overnight temperatures and fresh alpine air naturally help moderate indoor temperatures during the summer. We recommend taking advantage of the cool evenings by opening the windows and using the provided fans to maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

The Aspens sits a quick five miles south of Teton Village and within walking distance of the Teton Pines Golf Course, as well as a gourmet market, well-stocked liquor store, one beloved restaurant (Sushi), a bustling coffeehouse, a UPS store and a salon, among other conveniences.

*Please note that this unit is available for lodging only. Gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of this unit are prohibited.

Fantastic

5
Stayed on September 2026
The property was fantastic, perfect for my party of 3. Location is great. The only slight hang ups were the checkout instructions being slightly unclear (instructions about trash were not included on the check out instructions document), and having slight trouble determining our unit number (it’s in the rental name, not address). But we really enjoyed our stay! All basic necessities were included, which made for a smooth visit.
Manager Response:
Hi Anna,
Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback! We’re delighted the property was a great fit for your party of three and that you enjoyed the convenient location and well-equipped accommodations. We also appreciate your helpful notes regarding the checkout instructions, trash information, and unit number. We’ll review these details to help make arrival and departure even smoother for future guests. It’s wonderful to hear you had an enjoyable stay, and we hope to welcome you back to Jackson Hole!
Kind Regards,
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging Team

Animal sightings

Saw a red fox, a mama grizzly bear with two cubs in the community this property sits, that was cool!Gave communication a three stars because I did not receive any check in information until I asked for it on the day of checking in.
Manager Response:

Thank you for sharing your experience! Seeing a red fox and a mama grizzly with two cubs right in the community sounds like a truly unforgettable Jackson Hole moment. We’re glad you enjoyed the unique setting of the property. We sincerely apologize that your check-in information was not received until you reached out that day. We appreciate the feedback and will share it with our team as we continue improving communication.

Peaceful area

4
Stayed on July 2026
1712 was a great location as described. It’s in a peaceful area. The condo is close to the awesome aspens grocery. We had options for dinner in nearby Teton Village but the best dinner was the one we fixed in the condo. I would strongly advise using the first floor bathroom after a long hike. The central location to Moose-Wilson Road is a great connector to GTNP. Make sure it’s open. The rental did a great job checking in to make sure all was well. They responded promptly when we realized there was no AC for the unit. This is pretty common in the area. We adjusted w the fans and slept fairly good. We had a great experience there.
Manager Response:
Hi Kathleen,
hank you for sharing your experience at Primrose 1712! We're delighted you enjoyed the peaceful setting, convenient location, and found the condo a wonderful place to prepare a memorable dinner after a day of exploring. We're also glad our team could respond promptly and help with the fans during the warm weather. We truly appreciate your thoughtful recommendations and hope to welcome you back for another Jackson Hole adventure.
Kind Regards,

Centrally located!!

4
Stayed on July 2026
It was centrally located and we never had to drive through Jackson hole unless we wanted to. It was clean and spacious. The weather was in the 90s and the unit did not have air-conditioning, but there were four fans which helped a lot. We would close it up at the hottest part of the day and open it up in the evening.<br />Walking around the neighborhood is always a treat
Manager Response:
Hi Nancy,
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re delighted you enjoyed the central location, spacious accommodations, and the charm of the neighborhood walks. We appreciate your understanding during the unusually warm weather and are glad the fans and cool mountain evenings helped keep you comfortable. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable Jackson Hole adventure.
Kind Regards,
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging Team

Everything we needed

5
Stayed on June 2026
We had everything we needed at this property. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and well stocked with all essentials. The property is 10 minutes from Jackson Hole and about 20 minutes to the Grand Teton National Park. There are several restaurants within 6 minutes and many more in Jackson. There’s no air conditioning but we don’t need it in mid June. It cools off at night enough to just open the windows.
Manager Response:
Hi Linda,
Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear you found the property clean, quiet, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you needed. It’s great that you enjoyed the convenient location for exploring Jackson, Grand Teton National Park, and nearby dining. We’re also glad the cool June evenings made for a comfortable stay. We hope to welcome you back for another mountain getaway soon.
Kind Regards,

Ideal Lodging Experience

5
Stayed on June 2026
From start to finish, we had a great experience. The management company was very responsive and professional. The condo had a beautiful view of the Teton Mountain range from the back deck. The unit was very clean throughout. The beds were very comfortable, the linens and towels smelled fresh, and there was great water pressure. The location in Wilson is perfect because you are on the east side of the Teton pass. I would highly recommend this lodging.
Manager Response:
Hi Paula,
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that your experience was exceptional from start to finish. It’s wonderful that you enjoyed the stunning Teton views from the deck, the comfort of the beds, and the cleanliness and details throughout the condo. We’re also pleased our team’s responsiveness helped make your stay seamless. Thank you for your recommendation—we hope to welcome you back to Wilson for another memorable mountain getaway.

Clean!

3
Stayed on May 2026
We appreciated how clean the apartment was, as well as the communication with the front desk. They were very helpful. Unfortunately, the apartment needs a bit of love - many of the outlets were not working, fans provided did not work (though they were willing to remedy immediately), a lot of the paint is chipping, the light fixtures had blown bulbs, the twin beds were not comfortable. Again, the place was extremely clean, it just needs attention.
Manager Response:
Hi Kristin,
Thank you for your thoughtful and balanced review. We’re so glad to hear you appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and found our front desk team helpful and responsive during your stay. At the same time, we’re sorry to hear about the maintenance and comfort issues you experienced, including the outlets, lighting, and furnishings. Your feedback is very important, and we will share it with our team so these items can be addressed and improved. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
Kind Regards,
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging Team

Stayed on June 2025
We really enjoyed our stay! This place is situated perfectly between Teton Village and Jackson Hole adorable downtown! We enjoyed restaurants close by called Calico and Sidewinders. As well as some Jackson Hole spots like Jackson Drug Co. and Roadhouse Brewery. The area was quiet and also has a general store to grab essentials. Also, highly recommend Dave Hansen white water rafting too! We will be back!

Great collection of board games for the evenings, along with a nice fireplace. Convenient to Jackson, skiing, Grand Teton National Park. We used it as a base for day hikes and would absolutely stay again. It would be great for a ski trip in the future.

5
Stayed on March 2023
The condo was exactly as pictured on the website. It was very clean, well equipped and in a great location. It took a day for me to find the condiments behind the door on the side of the stove. Beautiful Viking stove but the pans looked like they came over on the Mayflower - absolutely the only thing I could complain about. We would definitely stay here again, if returning to Jackson Hole.

Nice place and good location

5
Stayed on June 2022
We booked this location because it was close to the half marathon we were running. This was the perfect location between Jackson hole and the Tetons park. We had easy access to both without having to be in town. The unit is well maintained, clean and had all we needed. I would recommend getting there before dark though, since lightning is minimal, I suspect because of nearby animal habitats. The view of the mountains was beautiful and it was nice to use the deck for morning coffee. The aspen market was also very convenient and close.

This condo is in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds of Jackson. We saw 3 moose 2 streets away from the unit. It was well stocked, quiet, clean and has a beautiful view of the mountains. I would stay here again.
Manager Response:
Hi Carol, we're so glad you had a wonderful experience and that you were able to spot some of the local wildlife! This summer, our guests in this neighborhood have almost all reported seeing moose and we agree, this neighborhood is great for someone looking for peace, quiet, and possible wildlife sightings, while still being close to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, downtown, and the National Parks. We hope you come back to Jackson Hole soon!

This Airbnb is in a great location! We liked that it was not in the business of Jackson Hole, but close enough (10 min) to get groceries/gas/food/hang out. The area where it is located is quiet/peaceful and there is a grocery store and liqueur store within walking distance. The place is really clean, has a great patio with patio set to enjoy the sunsets, the bed is super comfortable and there were special (and appreciated) little touches like a bag of coffee and a grocery bag (groceries are expensive in that area). Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Family Stay!

The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean and convenient location with views of Jhmr! We took advantage of special spring pricing. The kitchen was really nice. We did not take advantage of the complementary shuttle to the ski resort, but we noticed that it picked up right outside the door. The kids awoke to multiple Moose outside the windows on the first morning. Would definitely stay in this unit again! We found the sports club/hot tub hours were not convenient for us to participate in.
Manager Response:
Hello Heather,

Thank you so much for providing us with such a wonderful review of your most recent stay in our Primrose condo in The Aspens Racquet Club! That's so exciting that your children were able to see several moose hanging outside your property on your very first morning! The wildlife in Jackson Hole is abundant and I am so happy that you and your family were able to share that experience!

Come back and visit us again soon!

Sincerely,

Jesica Robbins
