The modern, gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a double sink, granite countertops and a spacious wood butcher-block kitchen island with beautiful accents and plenty of equipment and utensils for foodies to cook a feast. A wall of windows and beautiful light fixtures flood the kitchen in light. The kitchen also offers a washer/dryer and access to the one-car garage.

Proceed into the dining room where a long table seats eight comfortably in leather chairs. Continue on into the living room: a leather couch and loveseat surround the stone fireplace and entertainment armoire. A gas grill and seating makes the deck a perfect spot for summer relaxation.

The first floor also houses one bedroom with a king bed atop a wrought-iron bedframe accompanied by a TV, armoire, a bench and valley views. A detached bathroom features quartz counters and a beautifully tiled rain shower. Upstairs, find two more bedrooms and bathrooms. The first offers a pair of twin beds, a closet, mountain views and access to a shared bathroom with quartz counters and shower. Next door, a queen bed backed by a wooden headboard matches a chest of drawers and TV, with a tiled bathroom with a shower/tub combo just outside and a private balcony with views of Sleeping Indian. Finally, a brightly-lit bonus room features a queen-sized murphy bed, a desk, and a table perfect for a spirited game of cards, monopoly or scrabble with family and friends. The bonus room can function as a 4th bedroom or as a second family room, with high ceilings and two full walls of windows showcasing views of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the Snake River Range.

Like most properties in Jackson Hole, this property does not have air conditioning. Thanks to our mountain setting, cooler overnight temperatures and fresh alpine air naturally help moderate indoor temperatures during the summer. We recommend taking advantage of the cool evenings by opening the windows and using the provided fans to maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

Located just a short distance from the ski lifts, mountain bike trails, and endless activities at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and a short drive away from Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone, Eagles Rest #16 is the perfect basecamp for adventures in all seasons in Jackson Hole.

We really loved it. Beautiful seeing. Amazing kitchen. Quiet. Reasons for not a 5 star... Need fans in all the bedrooms and living area as it gets hot and stuffy. There were only 2 portable fans. We own a cabin rental as well and we stock it with basic supplies, like oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, portable fans in every room. As there isn't a grocery store near, it's asking s lot for people to buy basics.

It had everything we needed!

Eagle’s Rest 16 was the perfect condo for our visit to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. It was comfortable, very clean, well equipped, quiet and a very convenient location. It had everything we needed - bear spray, laundry detergent, coffee - every amenity was included. Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. If we ever get the opportunity to return to the Tetons, we’d love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Easy walk to Teton Village

Our family had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with everything we might need. We loved the location and the ease of walking to activities in Teton Village and also the use of the pool and the pickleball courts. We easily found our way to the National Park to hike and enjoy the magnificent Tetons. We would love to return to this special home.

Our stay was perfect for our family of six. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—honestly the best I’ve ever seen. We loved having plenty of games to enjoy in the evenings, and we even had a deer wander up to the back patio, which was such a special moment. If I had to be picky, I’d say having AC would be nice, though each room did have fans available in the closets.

Great kitchen and location

LOVED staying in Teton village; easy access to Jackson, and Teton hiking and Yellowstone. September is GREAT time to visit; leaf color was amazing and weather was perfect and fewer crowds.The home was beautiful; the pictures don't do it justice. We really appreciate nice homes and this one is top of the line. The kitchen as huge and very well equipped. Super nice that basics were already there (paper towels, dish soap, bags, wraps, oil, spices, ground coffee) The furnishings were very nice and suited the home. Very nice bathrooms w heated floors We really enjoyed just hanging out in this home. The swim / hot tub club was just across the street - easy access and not busy. I would re-book this home in a heart beat !

Excellent Townhouse, Just Needs a 240v Garage Outlet

First time to Jackson Hole. Had a nice visit and kayaking trip to the Grand Tetons and surrounding lakes. We will be back next year, but for 2 weeks vs 1. However we'll be looking for a house, condo with a 240v outlet in the garage to charge our new EV.

This Air B&B was impeccable! Everything was Top Notch right down to the bedding and pillows. Stayed here in a 2nd leg of our Yellowstone family vacation. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful, amazing home! We felt so very comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The home is spacious and thoughtfully decorated. It is just a short walk to the restaurants and shops at the base of the ski slopes and a short drive to Jackson. The lovely 30-minute drive down Moose Wilson road puts you at the Grand Teton park entrance. I would absolutely recommend this home and I would definitely stay there again if visiting Jackson Hole!

This place was absolutely beautiful. It was well equipped with detergents and cooking spices - things I usually bring with me so I don't have to spend the $ only to throw it away when I leave. I had three littles with me so it was a bit tough ensuring they didn't get into anything - a baby gate would have helped - but I'm sure we aren't the norm of typical visitors. It's well set up for skiers. You won't regret booking this place, that's for sure! visitsvisits.helped,

Although there was a little garbage and dirty coffee pot, Dillon from the mgmt office came over right away to clean up and replace the pot. He was super attentive and friendly. The place was great. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back. The use of the pool and jacuzzi was also a bonus. Awesome time at this beautiful home!

Jaw dropping

The condo was jaw dropping. For some reason we thought it was going to be a small spot, but the kitchen, dining and family room were huge. The condo was perfect for three generational travel. Our family loved the "game room" upstairs and spent most nights up there playing together. The kitchen was well appointed and organized. The walk into Teton Village was a breeze. I highly suggest the air tram, a drink at Mangy Moose and taking your kids to the playground by the hotels.

Overall the place was lovely! Just like the photos and in a good area to visit the grand Tetons or to go downtown Jackson hole! We would definitely come and visit again. The only thing we had an “issue” with was there was so many outlets and some worked but only on the switch or didn’t work at all but that was a minor inconvenience.

We are so very thankful for our stay at JHRL Eagles Rest 16! It was a wonderful family property with an amazing kitchen and living area! Great floor plan with big kitchen table right behind den furniture so those of us playing games and watching tv/visiting in the den could all be together! Location was also perfect-within walking distance of Teton village and tram to go up the mountain to get waffles! Also located within short drive to Jackson Hole! Property management staff was also super responsive to our questions and needs! Great experience!!!

Absolutely loved our quick stay here. The property is beautiful, clean, well appointed and we had more than enough room with all the essentials available at the unit. We accidentally left something behind and the hosts immediately went to find it and helped coordinate shipping it back to us. We even had a mama and baby moose walk right by us while we were sitting on the back patio! Would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely amazing.. Had trouble with an Airbnb that was booked six months in advance and they had falsified their pics , needed a new place asap and they were able to accommodate us within six hours for a six day stay!! So clean, so comfortable Every gadget and utensil you need in a gourmet kitchen.. We didn’t want to leave!!! All three showers ( rain showers) absolutely amazing. Plenty of places to sleep. We would stay there in a heartbeat… Teton village itself is beautiful!!! View of mountains, you are in a condo but you feel like there is no one around… we had best time! 110% recommendation .

Family trip to Tetons

Great house with plenty of room to spread out and kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, dishes, and utensils you will need. Far better stocked kitchen items than most places. Location is right across from private pool area and quick walk to Teton Village and all the activities.

This home is lovely. The kitchen was amazing! I cooked more than I initially planned to take advantage of the Wolf stove and perfectly appointed cookware. We saw deer and moose walking over to Teton Village. Make sure to take the evening gondola. Enjoy the view and do the hikes. We had an issue getting into the home when we arrived at 11 PM. They sent someone over quickly. The team was very responsive.

We loved our stay at this property. Upon arriving we saw a moose casually stroll past the backyard! The kitchen was appointed perfectly with all of the right equipment. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. The management company was responsive and very helpful. We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Great Location

Stayed with a group of friends, and could not recommend this place more. There's a shuttle if you're lazy, but its a 5 minute walk to the tram / village so the location can't be beat. There is a closer lift, but if you're going up to the peaks its actually faster to walk to the village and take the tram or gondolas. Having the swim club right across the street was key, just hopped in the hot tub after the end of each day. The kitchen here is amazing, but if you want to cook make sure to stop in Jackson to pick up groceries. There's some options for buy groceries in the village, but its not a real supermarket. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get first tracks!

Really beautiful place with pretty much anything you could need if you are going to be cooking in during your stay. Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable living areas and bedrooms.
