“Welcome” reads a wooden garland beside the front door. “Wipe Your Paws” flags a carved wooden bear. As these signs suggest, Western whimsy and hospitality unite in this three-bedroom Nez Perce condominium.
Fun accents abound, starting with the great room. Antique snowshoes and a Wooster Scott painting decorate the walls not occupied by windows. A river rock fireplace anchors the living area, outfitted with a couch, armchair and rocking chair. Outside – accessible by a sliding glass door – offers a sweeping view of the valley framed by a buckrail fence in the foreground. Take the panorama in on the wood deck with its table, chairs and gas grill.

The great room envelopes a dining area with a table and six chairs – all beneath an antler chandelier. Turn the corner and find the gourmet kitchen, replete with modern appliances, granite countertops and a double sink.

Down the hall, a washer/dryer is tucked inside a closet and linens lie behind a second door. The first bedroom features two twin beds with teal comforters, a closet, chest of drawers and TV. Bear photography animates the walls. A tile bathroom sits across the hall.
The master suite boasts a lodge-pole pine queen bed, large windows, ample lamps, an armchair, two chests and closets and a TV. The suite shares a full bath with the neighboring bedroom and its two twin beds, closet, TV and chest of drawers.

Most Nez Perce units come with access to the nearby Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. The condominium lies within walking distance of the lifts, boutiques, bars and restaurants that make Teton Village a bustling place year-round. From authentic Thai food to hipster woolens and high-tech gear, the Village carries everything you crave on vacation.

*Please note that this unit is available for lodging only. Gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of this unit are prohibited.

Mountain weather is variable and unpredictable. Resort conditions and ski access may be weather and snow dependent.

"Convenient location!"

5 of 5

Awesome place to stay when wanting to visit in the ski off season. Excellent location with close proximity to Grand Teton National Park. Nice little patio off back for morning coffee and plenty of space for all! We really enjoyed our stay!

Manager Response:

We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with JHRL! Please let us know if you ever plan to return in the future.

"Convenient, comfortable 3 bedroom in Teton Village"

5 of 5

Stayed here 2/26-3/1/16 with two other couples. 6 adults fit comfortably with all of our stuff. We booked through JHMR Lodging and were able to get a ski and stay discount on our lift tickets (definitely ask for that). The condo is nicely decorated with local flavor and has comfortable furniture. Kitchen well equipped (except for dull knives and cheap pans) and met our needs well. We cooked three dinners without major issues (again, except for the knives and pans). Everything was working and there were no issues. Dishwasher and stackable washer/dryer were lifesavers with six adults. We mostly walked from the condo to the base as the shuttle only runs every half hour and we were too impatient to wait in the cold. The views in the area are great but the condo is on the ground floor so the views were mostly obstructed, but still nice. It's a good hike to the base of the mountain, so if you are wearing boots or carrying your skis/board, wait for the shuttle. We stored our ski stuff at JH Sports, where we got our rentals and just wore regular shoes and the walk was fine. We appreciated the relative affordability compared to other options and would stay here again. We were able to have a King, a Queen and two twins pushed together to make another King. Everyone was happy with the space and we had a great time!Key takeaways: do - stay here, but make sure you bundle! (ski and stay is a real savings on lift tickets) Rent your gear online! save 20%. space out your showers. After about three, the hot water really struggles to keep up.Don't: Lug your gear between the mountain and condo. It's just not fun at 6,300 ft. Use the shuttle or take advantage of storage at JH Sports or another rental place. Don't expect amazing kitchen equipment, but you can definitely make it work. We made three very tasty dinners and a couple of breakfasts.

Manager Response:

Dear Sarah,

Thank you for taking the time to create such an informative, detailed write-up of your stay. We know these details are extremely valuable and are best expressed through guest experience rather than what we say. You truly did your research and made the most out of your stay! Should you come back again do not hesitate to contact our front desk for cooking supplies. We know that items go missing or show wear from time to time so we always keep fresh items in stock. AND our packages now include rentals with the same great discount under one transaction. We hope you come back to visit again and take advantage of our improved offerings.

Sincerely,

Jackson Hole Resort Lodging Team
